Surgery Nov. 4th 2003

Well the date gets closer and I am sooooooooo excited. I almost didn't go through with it, due to insurance problems. Then I know there are many out there with the same problems. I am blessed to have two insurances, primary is CIGNA boo-hiss, and secondary TRI-CARE and thank God for them they will pick up 75%. Anyway, thought that might be some help to anyone still waiting. So, here goes everything I look forward to Nov. 4th. Thanks for all you really great people out there who have shared. You have helped me out a lot and I will continue to reach out for your help. This in return I can hopefully help someone else. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Annette, I too am having my surgery on 11/4. I have TRICARE, and at firs they wouldn't give me the time of day, but after my denial, and me calling to let them know how unfare I felt it was....I had received a phone call from the "person" who denied me. She said she saw someone get approved who wasn't even close to me in terms of qualifications, and she felt that was unfare, so she approved my surgery. Now here we are, about a ween and a half till the surgery and wow...I am freaking out! Anyway, I wish you the best! Eileen

I am so excited for you Annette! My surgery date is the 4th also & I am not afraid, just excited! I have been lucky with insurance, no problems there. I have Preffered One. I hope your surgery will go quick & recovery even faster! God Bless!

I have a date for Nov 5th very excited and nervous went to the dietican this past friday gave me a list of things to get! I'll get them probably the end of this week or early next week! If anyone has any ideals on the best vitamins,protein shakes or anyting please pass it along dieticans can tell you what to get but you guys know what's good E mail [email protected] Good luck to all of you!!! Hi Annette, I am scheduled for surgery on November 4th also!! I am very excited! I can't wait until this time next year. I want to be healthy again. I don't want to be skinny, or thin for that matter. I just want to be at a healthy weight for my height and frame size. I know God is blessing me with this opportunity and I am going to take full advantage of it. Good luck to everyone and I wish you a speedy recovery!!!
