Greetings All my NOVEMBER friends!

Just wanted to see how everyone was doing. Only 24 days until SURGERY. WOO HOO. I am trying really hard to get organized, mainly with school. I am so glad that midterms fell just before sugery and finals just after. Anyone else finding it hard to consentrate on anything but this surgery? I AM! I keep cleaning house trying to get ready, knowing full well I'll have to do it again in a week. SIGH! I go for pre-op testing on Monday, October 20th at 8:30am. That means I have to wake up at 6 am, and head out at 7am (1 hour drive to hosptial). Anybody on this board having surgery with Dr. Richard's at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN?

Hi Renee, I'm calso ounting down the days until WLS, 24 days for me too! I can think of nothing BUT this surgery and trying to have a positive attitude going into it, wishing you all the best!

Hello Renee. I, too am getting everything situated at home and work and school. My surgery date is November 17th. I'm having my surgery way over here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Packer Territory!! Good Luck to you Renee and I will send prayers your way. See you on the losing side!

I am also getting ready for surgery. My date is November 4th, two weeks from today! I feel prepared, just need to go shopping & buy some of the stuff I will need for after surgery. I am so excited! I can't wait to start losing all this weight!
