Just checking in

Hello everyone, just wanted to say hi and congrats to all of us for finally having surgery dates. I am scheduled for Nov. 12th and am very excited. Am not nervous at all. Just want to get on with my new life.....lol. I live in CT and wonder if there are any folks in the area who would like to start a little group. Maybe we can even get together once in a while. It would be fun to help each other and follow our progress.

Hi Linda!! I'm not really in your area. I think West Haven is around the middle of the state, right? I'm actually in Rhode Island but I am about 10 mintues from the CT line. I go into Putnam, CT all the time. How far from there are you? Let me know since I would love to get together with others having the surgery the same month as me! Megan
