november 18th second time around and scard

has anyone had this surger before this one i had wls in 98 and now im having compulications now i will have the rxy i had the the regular surger with just the band and staples so now this one is more intense. does anyone know if you lose more weight with the rxy is it better then the ryn just wondering anyway good luck to all and God loves us all God bless

Angela, A friend of mine had rouxxe-n-y 9 months ago she has lost 102 pounds went from a size 22 to a 4. Anything I have read, says rxy is a much better surgery. The long term success rate is muich higher than GVB. My surgery is Nov 3rd. I too am having rxy. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Jane
