I can't believe that I have lost 131 pounds in 10 months. This is incredible! I have 63 pounds to go. I haven't felt this good in a very long time. I have lots of energy. I am so close to having my tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I have dreams of what my new body is going to look like. Email me if your situation is close to mine. I would love to hear from you. Thanks: [email protected]

Hi ya Rebecca, I can relate to what you are saying. Since my surgery on 11/08/02 I have lost 82 lbs and lately it is very hard to lose any. Discouraging at times...I know I have slipped into the late night snack routine and need to get back to the three times a day meals......period. I do dump so that is a blessing. Don't do much sugar and have to avoid fried foods period!! Thank god because I used to love fried shrimp.....only food I really miss. I need to go back to the protein drinks too. I think that will really help us......keep me posted and head up dear, you have come along way!! Rita

Hi all, I have lost 82 lbs and 82 inches and wear a size 10. Could wear a smaller size but at 4' 11" and a "square back" body shape the waistline is my biggest problem... very hard to get it down but still exercising and trying. Hubby is happy with me right where Im at at 134... Im healthy and happy...I still do everything I am suppose too and would like to lose 10 more lbs.. It has been an amazing year.....thank god for second chances and the feeling of being reborn. I am 100% out of my wheelchair and it sure feels good. My balance is still shaky at times and I tire when walking but that will never change. Polio did that.......but I can strenghten every muscle I can and keep them strong for as long as I can... So happy to read the post. First time I found this!! Keep on losing!!! Rita Jean

HELLO ALL, MY NAME IS DANIELLE. ON NOVEMBER 20TH 2002 MY LIFE WOULD CHANGE. I HAD AN OPEN RNY. AT THE START I WEIGHED 296 POUNDS AND I AM DOWN TO 198 POUNDS. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER WITH MYSELF. I CURRENTLY AM WEARING A SIZE 14-16 ALTHOUGH 16 ARE BECOMING TOO BIG. I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPIER WITH MYSELF AND LIFE. I ENOURAGE EVERYONE TO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND IN THE MAN ABOVE.
