I crave sweets

Hi I am 5'3 and I weighed 284. I now weigh 165 lbs and am exercising hard 4-5 times a week. I also square dance on Sundays. I also have been losing the same five lbs but for two months and I now find myself craving candy all the time. I am feeling desperate about this craving for candy and am afraid of gaining weight back let alone wanting to lose another 10 lbs. At my highest weight I didn't often overeat I just ate 8 candy bars a day plus other desserts. Is someone else having this problem? Help please. What can I do? Hi Cherol..I crave sweets at times and I have been keeping a protein bar such as slimfast success (it is sugar free). I find that they satisfy my craving along with giving me the protein I need. You may want to try another kind of protein bar but remember don't eat them like candy. Just once in awhile when your craving is unbearable. Make sure whatever bar you choose it is low carbs, sugar free and high in protein. Hope this helps!
