Day 9 of Pre-op Diet !!!

Man does this suck. I am on day nine of my 22 day liquid diet and I have been cheating like there is no tomorrow. Crap I have to stop this insane thinking.

I'm not sure why, but my surgeon only requires a liquid only diet the day before surgery. Almost everyone else I've seen on here or youtube has had at least a 2 week pre-op liquid diet. That's kinda concerning...

Then again, I have no idea how I'd make it 22 days on a liquid diet. You must have some amazing will power! Just a few more days until your surgery... keep it up! After surgery it's all down hill from there. Don't look at the cheating as failures, look at the 22 days you've stuck to this horrific diet! That's a huge accomplishment. Congrats!
