October 8th date for me! I'm very excited albeit a bit nervous. I'm on my pre-op all-liquid diet and it's very difficult, but I'm doing it! No cheating! Lots of broth, lots of water, protein shakes and an occasional glass of juice.

Who is doing your surgery? I'm going to be in Puerta Vallarta with dr. Joya. Can't wait to get rid of this weight! Been fat for 20 years! Enough!!!

Are you doing before/after pics?

I took the before shots when I started my all-liquid diet. Hope no one see's them until I'm thinner and not so ashamed of myself.

I'm going to have mine on the 8th as well! In Puerta Vallarta by dr. Joya. I'm on the 2-week pre-op all-liquid diet now and it's very difficult.

I am currently 416 lbs. My original goal is 200, and if I can get to that without too much trouble, I might revise it to 185!

How about you?

I just received Insurance approval today......10/10 is my date.

I have been APPROVED!!!! Oh my gosh, this was the most nerve racking part for me and I just heard today that insurance is approved!!!!! Surgery date set for 10/10/13.....AHHHHHHH Sigh of relief!!!
