I had RNY at Fair Oaks Hospital on 10/15/13, down 40 pounds, seems like I am stalling out. How is everyone else?
I had surgery on October 24, 2013 and have lost 46 lbs. I have now developed insomnia. Have others developed this problem?

I had surgery on 10/21. I'm doing pretty well. How are you all?
My surgery was October 24, and I find myself cheating slightly on the liquid diet, I have eaten a couple small bites of rice and a bit of mashed up peas. Not that these things are bad or over the top, I am just trying to do the best I can, but I find myself sneaking.
Its getting close to my surgery date. I have been on a -feels like starvation diet - 2 shakes, 1 small meal for 6 days now. I'm pretty used to it now. I'm going to Tijuana and Dr. Fernando Garcia will be doing my surgery. I knew a couple of people that had used him which is why I chose him. Anyone else going to Tijuana during the same week?
Surgery day is Oct 30th! So how is everybody doing so far? I hope all have had good recoveries!
