I just started mine this morning. I think this is going to be the hardest part of this journey . I'm going to the henry ford hosiptal in detroit , where are you going?

OMG!!! On my lunch hr now and drinking my chicken broth hoping that it takes care of this headache

It wont take some Tylenol....It will take a day or two. Stick with Chicken broth. I have had vegetable and beef and the chicken is the best. Drink lots of water too, and hot decaf. tea that helped. Good luck!
