I'm a week after you. I start my clear liquid diet on 21st and surgery is on the 28th.  Are you nervous?

im pretty nervous but he didnt tell me to do any pre liquid diet. i might just to ensure a small liver ;) i had pre op at the hospital today and its all becoming sooo real now.. how about you

I think it will really hit me when I start my liquid diet. I just hope I can do it without starving.

I started a liquid diet today and not going to lie but im pretty hungry. I am excited though because I found a miso-ginger broth at trader joes thats fat free looks pretty good so i am going to try that later. my best advice is just keep drinking and drinking.

October 21st here!! :) Getting excited and finding that I am spending a lot more time on this site... I love to hear how people are doing post-op and see all the before/after pics -- such an inspiration!! Good luck and best wishes to you all!  This time next week, we will be on our way to a healthier life! Yayy!
