My surgery is scheduled for October 29th!

I started my liquid diet today...here goes the rest of my life

Very cool! My surgery is the same day too. I am starting the liquid diet too! here goes nothing or everything..LOL! Best of luck to you..

Good luck!!! I am on day 6 of clear liquids and zero meals. Day 3 was the worst. After that it was nothing. It is very mental. You really aren't starving. Just pissy that you can't eat. LOL. My surgery is this Thursday!

Good luck on your surgery tomorrow!

I went to my pre-op appointment yesterday to be "pre-admitted" to the hospital. When I told the lady in admitting that I am on my second day of my liquid diet, she said that I was surprisingly cheerful and nice for Day 2. Hope to keep this enthusiasm up and ward off the crabbies!
