I'm scheduled with Dr. Alvarez on Oct. 12. I think they said my fluids would be 2 weeks, my BMI is about 39.

Hi! I am schedule for a band over bypass revision on 10/29. Got my insurance approval yesterday. I am terrified of liquid diet for 2 weeks preop.... didn't have to do that with my RNY in 2005.

Got my approval today for 10-2-12!!! No pre-op except light eating the day before and fasting the night of. I'll learn more at my 9-26 appt. good luck everyone!!!
