i am not sure how the gastric sleeve diet goes, but i am starting a 4 weeks skim milk diet,  lord help me!! lol

I was looking for someone also to share the highs and lows of this experience!

it is for anyone having wls from sept to dec. I would love for you to join, i thought getting everyone togethr in a group would be easier than having alot of different forum posts. any suggestions are appreciated, please also spread the word!! my surgery date was the 25th but i had to change it to nov 1 because of my job!

I started packng already.....I work right up until surgery day!  I am on day 6 of my 2 week pre-op liquid diet and really wanting some toast or something that is not liquid. I will make it though.  House is just about all clean.  I will need groceries again before surgery. I started freezing some post op liquid meals.  Laundry is just about done...but more will be created before surgery day.  I am nervous, but excited at the same time.

I have finally jumped through all of the hoops, and my pre-op is 10/6 and RNY surgery set for 10/17. Not to excited to have to take two weeks off from teaching, but I am excited to become a healthier me!
I am not nervous at all, and that could be because it is still the elusive 2 weeks away. Just excited to have this week off from work to get everything ready.

Forgot to add that I do not have to do a preop diet, and I am eating all of the foods that I am having to give up. I am afraid that I will gain about 15 lbs before surgery LOL!!!! But soo yummy!
