Several appeals later I was finally approved for surgery & now the date is quickly approaching! I started my liquid diet today and today feel pumped. I am excited and nervous. Good luck to everyone.

5 days until surgery! I am nervous and excited all at the same time! Ive been sticking to my pre op diet, the protein shakes are pretty filling, but i do miss chewing, LOL

You must be really excited. Are you doing a pre-op diet? Have you started purchasing anything to get ready? Have you told your friends and family?
