I was planning on January, so October seems really close....maybe to quick.

Now I'm getting nervous. I bought all the stuff for my pre & post op diet today, now just trying to stay calm enough to remember what I need to do next. Best of wishes to all the October babies, we all get to start our new life soon !

Yep, I got the yummy protein, liquid and light light meal at night diet going on. I am kind of hungry, and am so ready to have this surgery already.
Signing on here to read has kind of kept my mind busy and my thoughts positive. My doctor has been great and said if i do plan to cheat....to do it with larger salads and low-carbs. My doctors call it the LIVER SCHRINKING DIET. I have my pre-op appointments on Monday too, and I swear I can't wait until Wednesday.
Let me know how things are going for you along the way. I wouldn't mind getting some input from someone that is going through the same thing that I am, at around the same time.I will do my best and try and be as supportive as possible whenever you need an ear. I'm in the middle of my pre-op diet and counting the days until my surgery on the 8th. I have my pre-op consult and GB ultra-sound on the 4th.

So far, I've read a lot of good info on this site. If it wasn't for what I'm reading here and talking with others, I'd have no clue.

High Weight = 310 Surgery Weight = 300 Dr's Goal = 200 My Goal = 190
