I have not had a revision, but I am due for my revision on 10/09/09.

I just wanted to say congrats and I wish you an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery.

I am so sorry to hear that you have the flu.

That definitely sucks and I feel your pain as I would be devasted as I am due for my revision shortly as well.

I hope that you get better soon, but if they do have to reschedule until the flu is all gone it is better to be safe than sorry.

Just remember if you are dead you can't have surgery or lose weight.

Focus on getting better and not so much on whether or not they have to reschedule.

I will keep you in my prayers.

Hi Teena,

Congratulations on getting your date! I'm excited for both of us.

I'm doing a high protein, extremely low carb pre op diet including Bariatric Advantage protein shakes.

My surgery is scheduled for 9:00 AM.

I'm shooting for a 10lb loss before the 9th. So far - I'm down 1 whole pound - LOL. Maybe I should blog about losing my first pound :D.

That is also my surgery date as well.

What time is your surgery?

My surgery is at 11:00 am.

I am doing Isopure Zero Carb for my protein shake pre op and post op.
