Hi Ines - Wow -----> I wish you great success on the 5th, you will do GREAT! Just remember to love yourself before and after surgery. We will be holding hands from 1500 miles away on Oct 5th Keep Smiling :)

Congrats on having it done with! I am so ready! I was suppossed to have it in July but I had to be 90 days nicotine free and this was the closest date I could since then so I am definitely ready for it to happen!! How are you feeling physically five days out? I see you have lost 23 lbs. from your starting weight! Goob Job!!

Hi...Emily...

Congratulations on your date   I know how excited you must be...I was there just last week...

I am out just 5 days now...so my emotions are still there from before when I was waiting for surgery...now I can't believe that I had it done and over with and I am out 5 days.  It is an AMAZING feeling and I am EXTREMELY happy.

Just go with the flow and make sure you are ready for everything to come so you don't get overwhelmed...You will be just fine...

Best of Luck to you on your surgery and I hope you have a nice and easy and speedy recovery.

I was thinking the same thing. I always see the liquid diets starting before the surgery, and I tell ya I give them props lol, because I dont think I could do it!

After surgery I have to do 2 weeks liquid, 2 weeks pureed, week 5 I do soft foods then I can slowly start adding solids =)

Im so looking forward to this!

That is fantastic.  That butterfly on your profile picture is so perfect. A new, free you.   (I hope to join you and add my surgery date VERY SOON.  I got accepted by insurance last week, will set up the date this week... Good luck.  See you on the losing side. So darn exciting!
