I have been so excited, but today had some major stressful situations happen.  I was craving food, but moved past the desire and am now sitting down having a cup of hot tea:-D

I actually like the protein shakes, although I'm sure after awhile they will become boring.  I always feel better after I have one, so far so good.

Just a few more days, YIPPEE!!!!!

I'm the same day as you - how fun...I feel the same way - I vascillate between - I'm doing the right thing - what am I doing - No, I'm doing the right thing and so on....now I'm starting to just stay excited....it is weird.  Hope we can stay in contact....Good luck to you.

I had to do protein drinsk for a week and then 1 week of Isopure - it wasn't too bad - just don't plan any activites around food - it makes it harder - I'm being a recluse - staying at home and no****ching the Food Network at all...LOL...makes me hungry watching them prepare food....

Good luck - I'm on 10/6 also....
