I had 6 months of classes on nutrition and behavior modification to eating afterward is probably not going to be too bad. I've already started eliminating or severely cut back anything that was an issue before.
Got my proteins (three types), jello, sugar free drinks and plenty of soup on hand for recovery..
Your surgeon should have given you a diet or sent you to and dietian/nutritionist. Ask for a referral.

Mine is on the 12th as well. I am so excited I am waiting for something to go wrong and screw it up. I just had my pre-op testing and class today and so far so good. But can't help waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak....
