Hi ladies! I am an October 9th too! I AM on a liquid diet, with one cup of yogurt a day. I feel like I'm about to friggin starve! I am grumpy, tired, nervous and hungry. Did I mention grumpy?? I hope that all of our sugeries go totally routinely and uneventfully and we are all home and on the road to recovery in a flash!!

Hey, this is like a game to me now. I am trying to find all my Oct. 12th people. I cant believe there are so many of us. I'm so excited, its litterly just around the corrner! I'm praying and hoping for the best knowing that our lives will be forever changed!

WOW, and congrats. It looks like the 12th is a popular day for WLS. I am having mine on the 12th as well and mine is at 7:30 in the am. Good luck everyone!

congrats on the Oct 13 date... I'm on that date too!
I got mine at a local store here - they were having a grand opening sale, so it was buy two protein mixes and get one free. Plus, we regularly have a 25% off discount as part of the surgery support group.
When I went to the orientation session, they gave us a whole list of protein supplement suggestions in all price ranges.
