My surgery date is Oct 26th as well, having the DS in Nashville, TN....am beyond excited and nervous and ready to get going!
I used to live near Fairbanks in Ft Greely, AK...would love to be back there!

My surgery date is Oct 26th as well! Having pre-op testing and everything tomorrow, Oct. 12th. I've having the DS surgery...hope all goes well for you!

Awe, sorry to hear that your surgery got moved. Did they say why? I would have been devistated as I have been working myself up all month.

My date is the 12th too. I am so excited and nervous. I have a spiritual assembly tomorrow. I am happy that I will be out of the house and no****ching the clock tick.

I am at the end of my day two liquid diet. I have been hungry, but nothing I couldn't handle. I am excited wanting Monday here Now!!! I don't have to be to the hospital until 10:30am, and nothing to eat or drink after midnight sounds a little trying, but again nothing that I can't handle. My prayers are with all of you.

Hey vicky I'm having mine done at parkwest hospital in knoxville TN and now I'm worried something is gonna happen and I'm gonna have to change it my 6 year old daughter got up with a fever this morning and is sick will prob take her to Dr tomorrow thank god they are open half a day on sun but if she has the flu or something serious she may still be sick monday and I can't take her to a sitter and her sick but if I change date it may take me another month or so to get anoter date told hubby I may have to find someone else take me to hospital and him stay with her so I don't know we will see

I sent my forms to OHIP on June 1, 2009 had my blood work & ekg done on June 3, 2009 and my sleep test on june 17, 2009 and my result were in on june 24, 2009.
Ohip requested more info on June 19, 2009 my doc sent it back june 19, 2009 and
they approuved me on June 26, 2009.Went to Michigan for my Psy eval, medical clearance and hospital consult on August 6, 2009, My next apointment is September 8, 2009 at Henry Ford for the 4 hours class
