Well I wanted to check in with everyone.... I had surgery on 10/23/09. I started at 370 and now weigh 230, so I have went down 140 lbs. I feel great, but have been between 230 and 233 for over a month now, I guess I have either hit a plateu or just stopped loosing. Either way I am ok with that. I am almost 6 foot tall so it looks pretty good.

My new life started on October 23, 2009 !!!!!!

10/29/2009 was my date i was 371 day of surgery and as of 07/12/2010 i am @ 244 so i have lost 127 lbs since surgery

I had Lap-Band on 10/12/09 and am down 57lbs with only 26lbs to go to reach my goal, 160lb. Then I will probably try for 150lb!! Love the Band!

BTW for those you that struggle with protein shakes I suggest light chocolate muscle milk. I'm not a fan of protein powders but this I can tolerate. It has 160 calories with 20 grams of protein. You can find them in cases at Costco for about $27.00.

I had my surgery on Oct 5th with a starting weight of 337lbs and I'm currently down to 199lbs so I've lost 138lbs in 8 1/2 months. I wish I was down more but if it wasn't for this surgery I wouldn't be where I'm at now. My goal is to be at 150lbs by Oct. 5, 2010. Wish my luck with that.

Surgery date; 10/5/09

Heaviest weight, seminar 12/08 = 274
start of liquids = 257
day of surgery = 244
current weight = 159

115 lbs lost, which is the equivalent of my 15yr old niece! first goal of 160lbs met june 10,
final goal = 145

Feeling really great. Walking, up and down stairs, lots of energy! Fit into size 12 jeans, which I have not worn since probably 8th grade in 1965!

10/23/09 224 start 137 current goal is 120....i think..... i got into a size 4 today....if it was over today i am happy and healthy and active...... i love my rny

Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate all of you. Just kidding, I'm very happy for you all, just VERY jealous. I've only lost 60lbs.

Hi, my surgery was 26 Oct, and I'm down 75 lbs and feel great! I get nice compliments from my friends, especially if they haven't seen me in a while. I still have 50+ lbs to go but I'm still loving it!
