Well I finally had my surgery on the 15th everything went great.  I am sore and very very bloated.  I am walking pretty good and really all I can complain about is the bloating.  It's terrible...wish I could just fart like the doctor told me I need to do relieve it...but I CAN"T!  Any suggestions lol?

I'm glad to hear things went well with your surgery on the 15th. I had mine on the 13th and the bloating/gas was horrible. It started to subside on Friday, but what I found has been working for me is to sleep on my sides at night. It seems to help relieve the pressure in my mid-section. I'm not bloated too much anymore, but I do get a "full" feeling in my mid-section towards the end of the day, but I think that could be from all the protein.

I haven't tried any over the counter medications, but I have heard the disolvable gas-x strips work wonders.

We're finally on the losers bench.........best of luck to you! :)

With you on the bloat and gas!   Moving around a lot is the only thing that seems to cause the gas to expel.   Even turning over and getting up an down helps some but it is sporadic.

2 days out and I noticed it i rock, sway my hips, like you do when you are holding a newborn baby it seems to stir things up, I usually get some relief after 2-3 mins. That seems to be my main issue... and  that full feeling.Ugh.
