Can't believe date is coming in a few weeks.

   I am finding myself in disbelief that Oct. 27th is almost here. No longer is this an abstract thought. Now it is a reality. I have gotten my insurance approval and I met my pre-op weight loss goal so all that is left is to wait till that date. I have to say I am getting more and more nervous as the days go by. Hoping that all goes well and this time next year I will be much healthier and happier.

I am right there with you.  I just yesterday got the pre-cert notice from my insurance company, so I expect a call from my doctor this week to set the pre-op physical.  I have an appointment Friday for the pre-op nutrition class, then I guess Oct 28 is the day.  It is really hitting me that this is it.  So, I am right there with you!  Hang in there and good luck with the surgery.

It is all so surreal.  My date is 10/20! I understand how u feel!
