October 5th!!!

 Oct 5 is my date as well.  Lap Band for me, up here in MI.

Good luck - I'm the next day - the fast is going well - I had to do protein shakes for a  7 days andnow I'm doing 7 days of Isopure - is it the same for you?   Any jitters?  I'm wondering how soon after surgery I will be up and around and feeling decent??  God bless - we're all in it together.
