Has anyone had to go through an abdominal ultrasound and a gastric emptying scan in order to get clearance for surgery?  How did it go if so and how did it impact your approval?  Thank you for anything you can help me with!

Where do you find the Unjory? 

Also, what kind of pre-op diet are you all on?  I was told I could have as many protein drinks w/skim milk as I wanted, plus plain chicken breast, turkey breast and tuna. 

This is my day two on the pre-op diet and I am already thinking - yikes, this is going to be so hard.  I almost don't care that I am hungry as much as I haven't like the shakes I've gotten so far that well.

Thanks for the recipes so far, I do plan on going and trying them.  Didn't realize I could use instant pudding - that might help me some!

My surgery date is October 16th - so can't believe it is sooo soon!!
