Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.

I've lost 125. Life is so great now. No more diabetes. No more high blood pressure. I've had to have a hernia repair, a total knee replacement and sagging skin removed from my eyelids. Geesh, this old body has taken a beating. I'm ready to go into the new year with a different outlook on life than I had a year ago. Congrats to all you fellow losers.
Wow it is awesome reading how well everyone is doing! Today is my one year! I am still in awe on how great I feel these days! Keep up the great work everyone! I had the VSG surgery, I am down total of 119 pounds and 103 since surgery date!
