Home from my post-op visit.....

According to my new scale at home I am 16 pounds down since my preop diet started.  At the doc's office their scale had me at 14 pounds down.  Factor in that I was naked and straight out of the bed at home this morning, it could be right either way....it's awesome results!! 

They said my incisions looked great and that I'm doing fabulous!!  It was a wonderful day!!  Yay for me!!

Congats...   My preop is Monday.  I have lost the 19 lbs I gained in the hospital so hopefully I will be down too by my appt.

Congrats to you.. Today was my first post op also...

Congrats!  I am down about 15 pounds from my surgery on 10/17.  Keep up the good work!
