DFW employers w/WLS on ins plan

I know I asked this same question about a year or so ago but was unable to act on it at that time.  Does anybody know of any employers in the DFW area that cover WLS on their insurance plan.  Previously I have done Medical & Hospital billing and collections.  My resume is posted on careerbuilder and I am seeking a job in a hospital, however, I don't think hospitals hire directly for that anymore, or I have not seen them. 

I will try going directly to the hospitals web sites as well.  But any information all of you might be able to provide is greatly apprecaited.

I have also done cusomter service work, clerical, I'm sure you get the picture......
