Looking for WLS support group

Hi, I'm looking for a WLS support group that meets in or near my area (Plymouth Meeting, PA) for addressing problems and helping with on-going weight loss.  I am almost at my one year anniversary and still have lots more weight to lose.  Could use some support and help.  Would appreciate any and all info. anyone could provide me with.  Thanks,
