WLS Self pasy options...any advice?

I am still in the process of making the final decisions regarding WLS. My insurance Co. has a very specific exclusion in my poilicy and will nto pay for it so I am out of pocket. Any advice as to lenders who may also offer a rider for post surgical complications? I can pay for the surgery, but would prefer to borrow if I could get some kind of rider. Any help would be apreciated.
