I'm on my 30 day countdown now and am ready to have a nervous fit! I'm sure this is normal so I won't ask for help with the nerves. Everyone has been so encouraging , so I think this is a safe place for me. Thanks for the kind words!
Hi! I'm practicing my "liquids only" every other day now. Next week i start my 3 weeks of liquids only. Good thing time passes fast when you're having fun!! Also, since I'm over 55 time flys really fast. Congrats on your date. Get ready for the new you!!
I'm having surgery on October 27, too! I'm so excited, but nervous about the full liquid diet for 2 weeks. I thought I'd be having it done at the end of November, so it's a little scary but I'll be glad to get it over with.
