I just got scheduled for 11/2/07. My initial consult was in June. I gained 20 lbs. I'm going to try a liquid diet for 2 meals. Any suggestions on what I should eat would be very much appreciated. I just read egg drop soup. I can surely live with that. Anything else??? I'm missing my snacks already.

hey rita!! how are you doin? me im great the only thing i have struggled with is that last foothold that my mind still wants to eat and i have to stop myself from not getting into trouble so if there is anything i can ask that you can pray for me is that i will have lots of self control ! not that i dont have it but i have my moments of weakness but i wont give in ! ok enough of ''confession'' time lol i just need to get that of my chest. but other than that i am doing well i have lost 12lbs in a week and it seems like its just melting off! praise God! so what kind of protien are you using? messege me back and sorry for the rants take care and remember you are awesome!! your losing friend! kevin

Hello I am losing my hair now is this common so far into the surgery? And the scale hasen't moved in 3 weeks. Any advice? I also cannot have fruit ir dairy without having stomach problems...... Thanks, Jill

Hang in there Brandi...I only lost 6 pounds but then my pre op liquid diet was only for 2 days. I drank Egg Drop Soup without the noodles and it really satisfied me. It is really the only thing I did drink. Good Luck Sweetie !!
