Hey fellow losers! I am home from the hospital and doing well. The ride home was a bit of torture, but I made it and went to bed as soon as arriving. My daughter AnnMarie and husband tag teamed while I was in the hospital. My angel Teresa came to visit and brought a load of gifts that will be helpful in the days after surgery. Dr. Barker was awesome! I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful caring surgeon. I appreciate all your prayers and support. We have another loser on the Terrell Troopers bench! Hi all tomorrow is my day to join the losers. I thought with all the fires we are having here it would get canceled but got the call today that it is still on. I'm a little scared but am ready to do it. Prayer for me.

My surgery went well.... I have a little pain and a headache. I am not hungry .... so I am forcing my self to drink my shakes. they are having me crush my pills it that does ruin your appitate what will. Any suggestion about eating when you dont fell hungry

I have been home since oct.18th and all is well and my grandson was born on the 19th and I have lost 17lbs I just wanted to up date everyone we still need pray one of the babies are still in the hospital need to gain 2lbs. Post again soon. peace and bkessubgs

My band has slipped and I am gaining weight as most of the saline had to be removed. If I decide to have them go back in, I am considering the bypass instead a having them reposition the band. This time it would have to be out of pocket as my employer does not cover WLS at all now. What are your opinions?
