Would anyone happen to have some good receips for protein shakes? I have chocolate and vanilla protein shake mix and need something to spice it up....I drink 2 shakes a day so I need some variety.....Hope everyone is doing well!!

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the "Protein Train Plan"? I have tried to find this out there in cyberspace, but no luck.....I had another person on here try to send it to me, but I haven't received anything as of yet....Please if anyone has this or can send me in the direction so I can get a copy, I would greatly appreciate it!!!

First of all, let me congratulate you on your weight loss. I looked at your profile and WOW! I'm sure your children are really proud of their Mom. (I am sure they were before too. Hope you get what I am intending to say 
I am seeing it now as well. It is unreal actually. I guess part of it is human nature, but WTH? Even one of my closest friends who weighs 135lbs/ size 5, is now "on a mission" to lose weight "b/c" I "can't be skinner than her"!!! I have a co-worker that keeps saying "now I'm the fat one". WHAT? Also yes, everything has become a competion now. It's nuts! I re-did my office at work, now this same person is going around making ridiculous comments about it, and stating her office is better!!! How old is she??? These people are insulting us and are so absorbed in their jealousy and insecurity, they don't even realize it. (BTW - my office looks fantastic!haha) It's is very strange in deed.
Glad we can all relate b/c this is a weird situation that I think only we can understand. Good luck. Hope things work out better real soon.
