hi you could make a fruit fluff
1 lg.can crushed pinapple (No sugar added kind)
- 1 lg box SF jello any flavor you like
1lg box SF vanilla pudding
2 SF cool whip
open and place the pinapple with it juice add jello pudding and mix you can also at this time add other canned fruit as well,
fold in cool whip, and their you go , simple and cheep and very good,
it makes a very nice dish to pass .

I don't know why you are having the dry heaves, Have you talked to your dr? If not I would get on the phone soon, It could be something or it could be nothing.
My hair fell out for about 2 to 3 months but it has stopped and yes it will grow back, Just make sure you are keeping your protien up I drink from 80 to 100 grams of protien a day, but I love my protien drinks. I could drink the all day but that is just me.

So now that we are 8 months out what are you all eatting?
for me I have not had any problems at all with any foods. the only thing I have not tried yet was hotdog, I don't really like them anyway, I stay away from sweets all together, but fried food don't give me any problems. I wish they did but so far I have no food problems, I think I am eatting too much that is why I am not losing much now, Oh maybe it is the carbs, I don't know
Breakfast... 1 egg with 1/2 slice cheese 1/2 slice toast
Lunch........1/4 cup peaches with 3/4 cup cottage cheese
.........1/2 cup pretzels}not at the same time as the ice cream
.........2 SF fudge bars}not at the same time
tonight we are having taco and refried beans.
I do try to get in 80 to 100 grams of protien drinks in a day,
So now what are you all eatting,

Wow eight months on the 30th and doing great no problems at all,

Looks live everyone is doing good, I have been very slowing losing since may 30 I have only lost 3 lbs I need to get my butt moving and getting losing again,
Has anyone else slowed down this much?

Hello, my start weight was 375 I am now 225 I have lost 150 lbs my personal goal is 185 at this point, My dr. had not said yet what I should weight,

I'm going to a cookout with some co-workers and I have been asked to bring dessert....of all things... Any suggestions. I can only think of a fruit platter, but fruit is pretty expensive... any suggestions are appreciated

Are you still losing on 1200 though? I've heard plenty of people say they maintain at 1500, 1800 or even more calories. Don't judge your body by what my body does, you need to do what works for you. Good luck!
