Starting Wt- 315

Lowest wt - 185

Current Wt - 215 :'(

Goal Wt - 165 (bmi 25)

Still at 100lbs down but lost 'One-derand!'  :'(  

Will get it back and will reach my goal wt & Bmi!! More determined than ever!!

I'm Back!! Done fooling around.  Its time to get to goal and use the tool God blessed me with!!

I am so thankful that Dr. Posner saved my life!!
