Working on maintenance.  So far, so good - staying within 2-3 pounds of goal since hitting it 08-18-2008.

Its hard to believe that at the end of October, its going to be a year....time has really flown by

I don't think I'll be able to make my goal weight by the my one year date, but I'll be close and am so happy on how I've done already.

I don't know about anyone else...but I seem to be holding.  I float between 145-150 so I'm thinking this is probably the end of things?

Stuck on a plateau and I want to get off!  I can't exercise right now because I was rear ended and have hurt my neck badly.  But I've been stuck for months now!!!!  This is very depressing!
