9 Months! Where are you?
I still have a couple weeks till I hit the 9 month mark but....
Surgery date: 337
Current: 206
Goal: 180
131 lost and 26 more to go to goal. Mine has slowed down as well but I have a TON of excess skin and that is the part I think I hate the most right now. I can deal with the slowing down as long as I am losing, but I HATE the skin and can't wait until I'm far enough out for plastics. I could probably wear jeans a size or two smaller at least if I did not have the panis skin.
9 Months out...I'm at goal and maintaining (within 5 pounds!)
Surgery date: 249
Goal: 149
Current: 146
total loss: 103 pounds.
I did slow way down as I got closer to my goal. I know it's frustrating, but keep at it. Your tool is still working, it just isn't going to be as dramatic as in the beginning.
I think everyone's doing great!

Hi everyone! I don't get to the forums often, but glad I did today.
Here are my stats:
Highest: 299.7
Day of Surgery: 272
Today: 151.8
Goal: 145
Total Loss: 149.7
7 pounds to go
I've been gaining and losing the same 3-4 pounds for about four weeks now. I did that last month, too. Sounds like everyone is doing great! Keep up the good work.
Wow, I can't believe it's already 9 months (Saturday 10-26 for me)!!
Pre Surgery Diet: 311
Surgery date: 289
Current : 162
Goal: Doc-165, me-155
Total lost: 136 pounds 149
been stuck at 162 for 6 weeks now. Tried more/less food, more/less exercise - same weight every day no matter what. Maybe this is where I'm destined to be. I could live with it and be perfectly happy, so my goal of 7 more pounds doesn't seem that important anymore. Just being this happy and healthy is awesome enough!!
I won't hit 9 months until the 30th, but since I'll be on vacation (and not getting on line), I'll post now.
Day of Surgery: 318
Current: 197
Goal: 162-157
Total lost: 121
35-40 lbs to go
I too have felt defeated in the last 2 months. The weight loss really slowed, and just felt that I should be doing better. But in reality, it looks like we're all at about the same pace.

Oh my gosh, I'm reading all of your stats and I feel like such a loser (not in a good way!!) I'm only down 55lbs!! I thought I was doing good! haha.
Highest: 245
Surgery date: 239
Current: 190
Goal: 160
total loss: 155
30lbs to go!
I'm stalling now too and it's good to know some other people are too. I'm discovering more foods I can eat that I wasn't able to before and I totally agree I wish I hadn't even even tried them!!!
Hi Jessica,
Fortunately, but unfortunately, I was happy to see your post. We both had surgery in Oct 07 and I started out about 20lbs more than you. I am only 55lbs down and now it is starting to depress me. I spoke to my NUT earlier today and she is faxing over a meal plan.
I work-out 4x a week, my eating and alcohol intake could be a little better, by far it is not horrible, but I don't know what the freakin prob is. Have they given you any good reason for the slow progress.
Thanks
Rosalind
