Month 8!!! What have you lost ???

Hello October Surgery Buddies... I think it is safe to say WARM weather is here!!! YAY!!! So how is everyone doing? RNY 10/02/07 427 Pounds Current weight 309 Pounds Total Lost 118 Pounds !!!

Well, I'm not 8 months until the 26th, but I can't believe how fast the time has flown! I wish warm weather was HERE! Raining all day. Thought about taking tomorrow off to give myself a long weekend, but it's supposed to rain all weekend, so will save the day off until it gets nicer around here! Start of Pre-Op Diet - 311 pounds RNY 10/26/07 - 289 pounds Current Weight - 173 pounds Total lost - since Pre-op 138 pounds, since surgery day 116 pounds!!

I have lost 94.1 lbs so far. I have 33.3 to go. I am loosing slowly..... I need to step up my exercise. I walk 4 miles a day about 4 or 5 days a week and ride my bike with my husband about 4 or 5 days. I think I need to start toning up.

Can't believe it is going on 8 months already... RNY - 10/15/07 Consult - 294 lbs. Surgery - 278 lbs. Current - 195 lbs. Total - 99 / 83

I can't believe it has been nearly 8 months. WOW!! RNY 10/11/07 251pounds current : 157 pounds Total Lost 94 pounds!! Not too sure how much more I will go. My surgeon gave me a range of 166 - 179, but I didn't care for that. I feel great and will just monitor as I continue along. Awesome job October07's!!!

Month 8. I can't believe it is already here. RNY 10/17/07 Starting weight 326 Current weight 224 total lost: 102 lbs My goal is to lose at least another 50 lbs. But my surgeon said that is not likely gong to happen because of my age. I am not happy at my current weight but at least it is a whole better than what I started at!!!!

The time really has gone fairly quickly. I just posted my official "Goal" message, but thought I'd check in on the monthly checklist too. RNY 10/11/07 249 Pounds Current weight 149 Pounds Total Lost 100 Pounds - I'm at my goal!!! Now comes hard part #2...maintenance.

Month 8 is the 18th, but here are my stats: June 2007 333 pounds RNY 10/18/97 303 pounds Current weight 197!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total Lost 136 pounds!!
