Thank you but you are the one that's awesome, losing over all that weight in 6 months, YOU GO BOY!!!!! That is truly amazing. I did the 5 day pouch test in March and I did lose 4lbs. It works but remember that the purpose of that is not to lose weight it's just to basically put your pouch back in shape. I will say that it definitely tightens it and you can tell a difference. If you are going to start soon like this weekend let me know and I will do it also, keep each other motivated.
Hello, and welcome, my weight has slowed down too losing only about 1 to 2 lbs a week, can you send me the protein train, as I have never heard of it ,
My problems is ice cream, the no sugar added kind, I think I need to stop buying them as I think it is ok to eat one every night,
this is what I eat most day,
B. Yogurt with 1/4 cup granola
L. 4 baked creakers with cheese spread and ham and turkey
D. chicken or pork chops
60 grams of protine a day
and water,
what do you think,
Oh I also eat a few nuts,
Janet H.
Hi, how are you?
Sounds like your on the right track(if you leave the ice cream alone)....what I would differently is this: 1) have a real breakfast with some type meat and maybe a fried or boiled egg. 2) replace the yogurt and granola with a protein drink. 3) Drop the crackers all together even though they are baked, just eat the cheese(sliced instead of spread) and the meat and move that to a morning snack instead of lunch. 4) For lunch try something like tuna or a chicken breast on a bed of lettuce or even a turkey burger without the bun(they are delicious). then you can have another protein drink and nuts for a snack. And for dinner you can have your chicken or pork chops with no veggies. That is basically the protein train, I will send it to you on tomorrow. The key is to get as much protein as possible. Since I have been on it, I try to get in 120 g of protein a day and in 4 days I lost 7lbs after being stalled forever. Also I try to get in over 100oz of water a day and jog about 2-3 miles. Like I said I was stalled before but now the weight is starting to drop off like in the beginning so I know that the protein train works if you do it consistently......Take care and let me know if you have any questions.
