Wow, just noticed I haven't updated my at-home weight chart in January. Will have to send my at-work one home so I know how much I lost in January. But this will do for now. Weight Before Pre-op Diet - 311 Surgery Date - 10/26/07 & Surgery Day Weight - 289 Current Weight - 213 Total loss since surgery - 76 lbs Total loss since pre-op diet - 98 lbs Goal - 160

First appt 8-8-07 with Dr. O 400.5 Pre-op 10-10-07 374 Surgery 10-23-07 363 Today 289 Total loss since surgery 74 pounds, loss all together 111 pounds

Looks like stalls are frequent around here! I'm having one now... Grrrr! Start: 305 Current: 235 Lost: 70 and holding for a couple of weeks now.

And oh, surgery date was 10/18.

Pre op wt: 302.5 Surgery 10/15/07 Current Weight 230 Lost 72.5 lbs.
