I am in TWOderland Went from 400.5 to 299.0 YEAAA!!!
Well I have not been on the scale for about a day and a half and last time I weighed, I weighed 302 well this morning I woke up and asked hubby for the scale, he hides it from me per my request and he gave me some trouble about how its not been a week and I said I know I just feel like today just might be the day, he gave in and got the scale.
I got on the scale as a normally to and it said "299.0" I jumped off and then jumped back on and it said 299.0 I jumped off again and moved it to a differn't part of the floor and it said 299.0 I screamed and holered "ALAN" he my Dh comes into the bathroom and said what is wrong I said nothing and jumped into his arms and screamed I have lossed 101 pounds he said "really all calmly like and I said yes, so I jumped on the scale again and it said 299.0 and he grabed me and gave me the biggest hug and said he was so proud of me, DAMN DID THAT MAKE ME FEEL GOOD!
So here are the weights:
8-8-06-- 400.5 Dr.O said I must get my Bmi down to have RNY below 60 so I went on a two month liquid and cabbage diet. " Boy did I detox from food lol....
10-10-07-- 374 Pre- Op with Dr.O
10-23-07-- 363 RNY GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY
12-17-07-- 320.0 MY DOCUMENTED MONTHLY WEIGH IN
1-19-07-- 299.0 MY DOCUMENTED MONTHLY WEIGH IN
So my wonderful OH family I have lossed 101 pounds can you beleive it, I am so HAPPY RIGHT NOW I FEEL LIKE I COULD BURST, Does this mean I get a centry club card? Can some one make me one? Congratulations!!! I had my surgery the same day you did. I started at 305, 308 or 311 depending on who's scale I was on. Regardless, I am 253 now and stuck. Would you mind sharing with me your usual daily diet and foods you eat everyday? I truly would appreciate any info you would be willing to share. So many folks have lost twice what I have in the same amount of time and I wonder what I am doing wrong. One thing is I do need to exercise more. I go Monday to join a local gym and meet with a personal trainer. That should help. I just feel some days I am not full, even with the small stomach. Is that anything you have experienced?
