How much water do you drink every day? Or maybe I should ask, how much have you been told to drink?

i was told 64-70 oz per day...i make sure that i hit that every day, but i include isopure, broth, tea, and anything else on the clear liquids list as part of my water count ( my doc says that's ok)...getting enough fluid every day is vital...some of it should be plain water but aim for the total fluid count...as long as you aren't getting any caffeine it will all hydrate you

64 oz here as well but I try to get in 80-100 oz of fluid a day. I constantly carry a water bottle and sip it all the time.

I drink between 70-90 oz of fluids a day. My nutritionist does not let me count soup, broth or shakes as liquids. I drink 50-60 oz of SF hot apple cider mix because my tummy just doesn't like plain water or crystal lite stuff right now. Additionally, I drink 24-36 oz of milk.

I get at least 64oz of diluted gatorade - plain water doesn't work at any temperature and neither do any of those bevs that contain artificial sweeteners (gee, I'm allergic, how special). About 5 weeks out I could put away almost 100oz (including all my liquid foods). Apparently, I developed an ulcer around week 6, so eating and drinking made me sick; but I still crammed in at least 50 oz of liquids because any less will definitely lead to dehydration and kidney issues. I've gone back to straws because I can get smaller, continuous sips that way and can easily get in 64oz even with the nausea - my NUT just said to watch out for extra air.
