One Week Post Op

Hi all, Just wanted to check in say I am doing well. I've lost 16 pounds. I can't be it. I great. No pain, driving, and walking everyday. Thank you to all you who kept me in your prayers and shared your encouraging stories.

Hi Brenda! Great to hear you're doing so well. Mine was the day after yours and I have also been feeling great and had no pain since I came home the next evening. I've lost 15 pounds. Not driving yet, way too dizzy, but going to my regular doctor today to have my blood pressure checked - could be causing my dizziness since it's gotten so low already and I'm still taking them 3 times a day. Might get to be off my bp meds already, too!!!

Hi Jodi, I'm on Bp too. I'm down to one a day since surgery. Today I really felt great. Think I drink to much water though feeling a little stuff. Welcome to the loser side.

I just got home from the doctor (my regular one) and he dropped my bp meds from three times a day to once a day, too!! My first goal was to get off them, so almost there already!!

WTG Brenda! I am 12 days out and have lost 13.6 pounds as of today. My prayers are with you. I cant beleive you are exercising already. My doctor wont let me start until next Monday, which will be two weeks out. I had a hyatial hernia during my surgery, so maybe that is the reason. Blessings, Angel

well, geeeeeeeee i am 4 days out and i have not been able to exercise yet......soon, i hope. i had to have a hernia repair too. i know i have lost some not sure what, my scale says 4 lbs. so i guess i am a bad loser to start with. but you all watch as i turn the corner and able to do the things i need to do.........lol hugs to all
