Good job there friend keep up the good work where you from im in south bend in im 44 im about to get the RNY any good advise I have till the 31 at 9 am ived waited for my surgery since 2000 I cant wait I started out at 420 and worked down too 377 without the surgery but I been strugglin since a child with weight problems talk to you soon
hey marie!!!!im so happy that you are getting the rny! my advice to you is walk walk walk i dont know if you are having the laproscopic rny like i had but you need to walk like crazy because of the bloating feeling and gas, other wise you will feel pretty miserable um the other thing is you might be really sensitive to tastes and to texture after i know i was so watch for that cause the slightest thing could make you puke! i am from seattle origanally but i live in clarkston washington now thats in eastern washington. i totally understand about stuggling with your wieght since being little i did too the other thing i can tell you is that you need to really work out after surgery so you can tighten up any loose skin thats what i have been doing. well i will talk to yuo soon and remember you are awesome!!!!

That is great Kevin. I'm in the losing phase before surgery. My dr. wants me to lose 35 pounds before so I'm on Weigh****chers and my first weigh in was today and I lost 4.8 pounds this week. So I'm really counting down the pounds toward lap band surgery. I'm hoping to have it off so I can have surgery in late December or early January.
Keep up the excellent progress.
Hey friend! I am so happy for you kevin good for you, as soon as you know it, you will be at your goal weight in a flash. Anyway, my question to you is, what type of exercising are you doing or plan to do.? Has you doctor suggested any kind, or told you how long/many times you should a week. I would love to know. Best wishes.
