Donna: I am a little over one week out. I have lost 15 lbs so far! Unbelievable, isn't it?! As far as eating when you're not hungry...after about two bites I don't want anymore, but I try to eat more protein until I feel full. My nurse says if you don't get your protein down, your body will draw from your muscles, so you really need to get enough protein in even if you're not hungry. Take care and good luck to you.
