UPDATE!!! HOME FROM SURGERY!!!

HEY all i just wanted to let you all know that i am home now and doing well im sore and tired from the pain meds they gave me but im great!! its all down hil from here!!! if you want to know how things went and want to know about post op things ohw your going to feel and stuff please messege me back and remember you are all awesome!!! kevin

Welcome home - I am pre rny the 23rd of this month - I am getting nervous, but excited. I wish you all the success and a speedy recovery, if you have a support group where you are, you should be a part of it. We have one in Oklahoma City and I love hearing the good and the bad. Well not so much on the bad, but at least a heads up on the bad. So I hope you keep posting your updates. Brenda from Oklahoma

hey brenda, yeah so far so good just having some upset tummy feelings but other than that im good i was in the hospital 5 days tues through saturday i didnt have any complications but my doctor recommended that i stay lil longer cause i was driving 2 hours to come home so yeah other wise i would have been in here only 3 days what type of surgery are you going to have? i will totally be praying for you and pray that your surgery goes awesome!!! remember you are awesome and take care!!! kevin

I'm having the same RNY on the 25th and don't want to be in the hospital for a long period of time. I have two small kids and my husband is in Iraq right now so I would like to get back to them as soon as possible. I'm a little nervous but ready for the change.

Congratulations Kevin, God Bless You. I also had the surgery on Tuesday and came back home by friday. How are you doing with the diet?
