October 30th!!!

I got the call yesterday from Kaiser. My surgery has been scheduled for october 30th. PreOp October 25. I am nervous and very stressed. My husband keeps reminding me that this is what I have been working so hard for and it's finally here...(well, almost). It's the day before my birthday (happy birthday to me?) and I'm really struggling with the thought of not going trick-or-treating with my son....life goes on I suppose... Just very nervous....

I think it will be ok when the day gets here...it's the waiting, anticipating, any worrying that is the hard part. I know several people who have had it done, and would do it all over again. Imagine how great we'll feel afterwards...I can hardly wait!!! Good luck to you!
